400g packet microwave baby potatoes with butter and herbs
1 leek
250g skinless salmon fillet
420g can corn kernels
2 garlic cloves
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
100g pre-diced bacon
2 tablespoons plain flour
500ml (2 cups) almond milk
310ml (11/4 cups) Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
16 peeled green prawns, tails intact
2 fresh continental parsley sprigs

Method
- Step 1Heat a large deep frying pan over high heat. Cook the potatoes in the microwave following packet directions.
- Step 2While the pan heats up, slice the leek and cut the salmon into 2cm pieces. Drain the corn. Crush the garlic.
- Step 3Once the pan is hot, add the oil, bacon, leek and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Add the flour and cook for 30 seconds or until well combined. Remove from the heat.
